BRAVE DREAMS   SOMETIMES
THAT ARE KINDLED FROM ASHES    ONLY SOMETIMES
RISE OUT OVER ALL THE BATTLE BELOW    I QUESTION EVERYTHING
SPREAD WINGS OVER ALL THAT HE PASSES    AND I’M THE FIRST TO ADMIT
SO HIS LIFE CAN STAY IMMORTAL TO HIS COUNTRY    IF YOU CATCH ME IN A MOOD LIKE THIS
SHADES OF GREEN THAT FALL BENEATH THIS TREE    I CAN BE TIRING EVEN EMBARRASSING
SO LET THE WINDS OF CHANGE    BUT YOU MUST FEEL THE SAME
THAT REARRANGE THE COUNTRY    WHEN YOU LOOK AROUND
LET IT ALSO SOW A SEED OF MEMORY    YOU CAN’T TELL ME HONESTLY
                                                                                                               OH SOMETIMES
                                                                                                               SOMETIMES
                                                                                             MAYBE/
